The Waterloo Road runs between the Ballynahinch Road and the Ravarnet Road on the southern outskirts of Lisburn.
The lands are held in one folio DN223525 Co Down and comprise 16.6 acres of land and are approached off the Waterloo Road by a part tarmac/part concrete shared laneway.
The lands are generally flat and divided into good sized fields, which are in crop. The lands are presently let on a con-acre basis until the 1st November 2020.
For further information contact Fred Dalzell.
From Sprucefield take Ravarnet Road for 0.4 miles and turn left into Waterloo Road. Proceed for another 0.4 miles and then turn right into a tarmac drive just after 51b Waterloo Road. At 'T' junction turn right into concrete lane. After a short distance the land starts on the right hand side - see map.
